Exterior:
The exterior includes a 3mm self-adhesive membrane house wrap, asphalt shingle roofing with an SBS roll for water resistance, and metal flashing for eaves, windows, and bases. Steel PU panel siding is used, along with either wooden or steel doors. Windows are American-style double-hung lift types, featuring aluminium thermal break, double glazing, and metal safety screens.

Interior:
The interior features a prefabricated bathroom pod with a shower room, toilet, wash basin, mirror, LED lighting, and electrical fittings. The kitchen includes a cabinet, sink, and countertop. Bamboo flooring is used throughout, with gypsum board walls and a smooth finish of interior wall paint.

• It takes only a few days to install, so accommodation can be provided quickly.
• It is small, but fully self-contained. A bathroom with shower, toilet and hand-basin is standard. A simple
kitchen is standard. It has its own heating and cooling.
• It can be located in the back yard, so additional people can be accommodated within the family group without
putting a strain on the facilities in the main house.
• It can be provided, with its own solar and battery system. It can be completely off grid – if needed – or
connected to the power.
• It can be connected to the sewer – if preferred – or provided with its own hybrid composting toilet.
• It is mounted on steel ground anchors, so it can be removed without leaving a trace. No concrete.
• Very few trades on site.
• It is fully insulated and double glazed, so you can have a secure, comfortable and safe night’s rest.
