Prefab construction is only as successful as its execution on-site. At Quacent, we provide comprehensive assembly support to ensure your building system is installed correctly, safely, and according to design specifications, regardless of your team’s level of experience.

Every Quacent RTA kit is custom-engineered and delivered with all essential components for a seamless build:

  • Pre-cut SIP panels (walls, roof, optional floor, timber joist or LGS)
  • OSB4
  • Labeled and numbered components for fast layout
  • Steel connectors, fasteners, screws, splines
  • Shop drawings and assembly instructions
  • Optional: doors, windows, flooring kits, and cladding
  • Support add-ons: remote install supervision, or on-site teams
Detailed Installation Manuals & Drawings
Every project is delivered with a complete documentation set, including:
  • Panel layout diagrams (wall, floor, roof)
  • Connection details and anchor points
  • Assembly sequences and lifting instructions
  • Electrical & mechanical chase guides (for SIP systems)
Remote Technical Support
Our technical team is available throughout your installation phase to:

On-Site Technical Supervision (Optional)
